Just Thinking…about Miracles and Friends

A few friends expressed that they wonder why I seem not to be in contact very much or responsive to their emails. My apologies.

I’d like to report that I just don’t have enough time to communicate between downing margaritas in Acapulco, jetting off to Morocco for piquant mint tea, then returning to Pakistan’s Nanga Parbat and Himalayan areas to see if the Hunza tribes there are still surpassing the rest of the world with their life expectancy rates.

Alas, I cannot.

This past week has included six days and more than seven hours on hold or talking with Apple Care about why I could not upgrade my iCloud account. Miracles occur. Last night at 9:53 the tech clouds parted and that problem now seems settled.

Looking around me, I find little but the past, shreds of my decades old life coupled with the must do activities in three living spaces, ones that once looked lovely, provided fun and peaceful times. Now…not so much. Despite my knowing that the infrastructure needs to be addressed, I’ve needed to lipstick this pig (no offense to pigs and my friends who own and love them) of a property, to be able to begin to address the issues on my property.

Returning in November from Mexico, I welcomed the tenants having vacated the property. Thankfully. Never have I been around folk with such undesirable energy. Visualize living next to two male and three female Karens who have no shared values with you beginning with respect for you or your property. You get the picture and know it…
